Tips for a successful enrolment
- 1. Check the exam requirements, and make sure you know which exam(s) you are enrolling candidates for. Use our handy What’s in my exam? feature to assist.
- 2. Check the session dates and enrolment closing dates and consult with candidates / parents about any dates to avoid. Practical exams can be scheduled on any day in the exam session, including weekends, between 9am and 6pm, excluding public holidays.
- 3. Make sure you know the candidate’s full name, date of birth and / or AMEB candidate number (if the candidate has previously taken an AMEB Victoria exam).
- 4. Make sure you know at which exam centre you wish to enrol. If you wish to enrol at a school or private studio you must have permission from the venue, and they must supply you with their venue number.
Late enrolments
Late enrolments can be accepted up to seven days after the closing date for each session. After that date, enrolments can only be accepted at the discretion of AMEB Victoria. Late enrolment fees apply to all late enrolments.
Candidates with Specific Needs

Confirmation of Enrolment
A Confirmation of Online Order will be emailed to the enroller once payment has been made. Please check that all details are correct. Corrections to enrolments must be submitted by email within five business days. After five business days a Change of Enrolment fee will apply.
