Recognising musical achievement by replacing a lost or damaged certificate is always worthwhile or showing a candidate’s complete AMEB history is possible with an official transcript of results.

If a certficate has been lost or damaged a duplicate may be requested by emailing us the Duplicate Certificate Form below.
A candidate may request an official transcript, signed by the General Manager, showing all exams taken in Victoria. Please email us the Archival Search Request Form to request the transcript.
An additional fee may be charged for results prior to 1997 when a search of pre-digital microfiche records is required.
