5th Metropolitan (2 October to 12 November) – closing 21 July
2nd Regional (13 November to 8 December) – closing 11 August
2nd Special Subjects (13 November to 10 December) – closing 25 August
2nd Rockschool (13 November to 10 December) – closing 25 August
Video examinations (1 April to 30 November) – closing 15 September (last date for submission is 30 November)
When submitting entries, enrollers should ensure they have selected the correct subject and grade before finalising and submitting the enrolment.

If the candidate is presenting for a Piano for Leisure, Violin or Horn examination please be sure to specify the ‘new’ (2023) syllabus or ‘old’ (2021) syllabus.

Corrections to enrolment information should be submitted in writing within 5 business days after the Confirmation of Enrolment has been issued. After 5 business days a Change of Enrolment fee of $30 will apply to change a Grade or examination type, e.g. from Comprehensive to Repertoire or Video Repertoire.
After the Notice of Examination has been issued, a candidate may apply to re-schedule an examination upon payment of a rescheduling fee equivalent to 75% of the examination fee. A medical reschedule fee equivalent to 50% of the examination fee will apply in cases of illness when substantiated by a medical certificate. Note that it might not be possible to re-schedule an examination in Term 3 or 4, due to limitations on the availability of specialist examiners and/or examination rooms.
